針對混凝土攪拌站以及工地車輛，本公司自主研發的NHL-4000型龍門式洗車房，其主要作用是清洗攪拌車或其他工程車輛的車身、輪胎和地盤，通過沖洗可以有效去除車體的泥土灰塵以及未凝固的水泥。本設備采用集成式洗車房和機房，外觀時尚大氣，封閉式作業可有效防止污水外溢；采用電腦編程技術、地感技術，自動識別車輛，自動進行清洗作業，無需人員值守；采用高壓泵站，搖擺式柱狀高壓噴頭，可以對車輛進行全方位的清洗。

Based on concrete mixing stations and vehicles of construction site, the company has independently developed NHL-4000 gantry-type car wash room, its main function is to clean the body, tires and ground of the mixers or other engineering vehicles, and can effectively remove the dirt and dust of the car body, as well as the unsolidified cement by flushing. The equipment adopts integrated car wash room and machine room, which is stylish and atmospheric, and the closed operation can effectively prevent sewage from overflowing. Computer programming technology and ground sensing technology are used to automatically identify vehicles and automatically carry out cleaning operations without any staff watch. High-pressure pumping stations and swinging column-shaped high-pressure nozzle are used to clean the vehicle in all directions.
